Sage is an absolutely amazing nanny! It’s hard to describe just how good she is. First of all, our daughter loved her - she always got so excited when Sage would arrive and missed her when she wasn’t around. Sage is effortlessly and creatively engaging with kids. She comes up with all kinds of fun and entertaining activities for them. She also had a knack for knowing when to let our daughter focus and learn independently. As a result, we really noticed our daughter learning a lot more words and gaining independence and confidence under Sage’s care. Sage dealt very well with our daughter when she was difficult, fussy, or tired - she always treated her with understanding and respect. Sage is very attentive to parents’ preferences, and is receptive to feedback and adaptive in her style. That said, she also has a lot of great knowledge about children and child care and gave us a lot of useful tips and tricks. Sage’s happy and positive demeanor made her easy to work with. On top of all this, she also does a fantastic job keeping things organized and clean. She did great work with light house cleaning and laundry. In short, Sage has to be one of the best nannies in all of San Diego county!
