Hello, my name is Sabrina Rawlings , and I am a dedicated childcare professional with experience as a Behavior Technician, specializing in working with children on the autism spectrum, and providing one-on-one support and implementing individualized strategies to help children thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally. In this role, I've supported personalized behavior plans, encouraged communication and social skills, and helped foster a calm, structured environment tailored to each child's needs. I bring patience, empathy, and a strong understanding of developmental and behavioral strategies to every family I work with. My goal is always to provide a safe, space where children can feel supported and parents can feel confident. *I have a car and valid drivers license if there are any errands needed to be run!
