About Ruth
I tutored briefly at Central Area Youth Association. I have a degree in Marine Ecology and I worked as a Technical Lead and a Program Manager at Microsoft. I trained many people at Microsoft and have raised 2 children. I love working with children and helping them learn how to think and problem solve which helps them in all subject areas. I also taught at Portland School District's outdoor school. All 6th graders in the Portland area go to outdoor school for a week. Each day I would get a new class. I helped high school students teach the 6th graders Fresh Water Ecology.
