About Ruby

I'm a nurturing individual with a passion for fostering children's growth and imagination. My 10 years of experience working as a childcare provider have given me the opportunity to understand how to attune to the emotion's and needs of children of diverse ages. I have a calm and patient demeanor, which helps me connect with children and create a comfortable and safe environment for them. I understand the importance of open communication with parents and I'm always happy to discuss their child's day or address any specific rules or philosophies the parent wants me to implement. My creativity and imagination shine through when I play games with children, my favorites being educational games and really any game or activity outdoors. I attended Waldorf for all of my elementary education which contributes to why nature-based, imaginative play is my specialty. I look forward to talking with you to see if we're a good fit!
