Deon is so great with the kids! She found that great balance between being a friend and playing at their level but also an adult with instilling safety, responsibility and respect for house rules. She does great engaging with all my kids ranging from toddler to teenager. She kept things fun and engaging during play and seemed to do great with transitions in putting the younger one to bed. My kids thoroughly enjoyed having her hangout with them and I will definitely be having her back! I highly recommend her for all ages!
