As a Public Health major specializing in Family Science, I have a profound passion for working with children of all ages but feel most at home caring for infants and toddlers. I love engaging little ones through meaningful activities that nurture their development and joy. For infants, I incorporate sensory play, tummy time, and baby ASL, helping little tots to communicate while learning to speak. For toddlers and younger children, I take a Montessori-inspired approach, encouraging autonomy and self-discovery while providing an emotionally supportive environment where they feel safe to explore and try new things. When age-appropriate, I love to bake and do arts and crafts with the kids, combining creativity and fun with opportunities for learning. Families often describe me as attentive, thoughtful, and creative. I believe in fostering mutual respect with every child I care for, creating a nurturing environment that helps them feel safe, loved, and encouraged to grow.

Rose-Marie watched our two kids, 5 and 2, over the weekend and was absolutely wonderful! She was very communicative, helpful, and my children had a wonderful time being with her. I highly recommend her and we will book her again!
