I have always enjoyed owning dogs and cats. I have been the care taker of many dogs, and the owner of four dogs (so far) and over 10 cats, some of which were strays. My present cat's name is Max. He likes to be outdoors watching and listening to the activity, so I put him on his leash and he lays in the shade under a juniper bush. I have been through their orientation program, and presently walk dogs for the Santa Fe Animal Shelter.
