About Riley

I am a grad student currently pursuing a masters degree in elementary education and curriculum development. In that spirit, I'd love to develop my skills in relating to and interacting with children of all different ages. I have a year of paid experience as a a nanny to an 11-month-old and a 2-year-old, as well as a years experience as a paraprofessional in a kindergarten classroom of 30 students. I also have varied experience working for the children's theatre company DPAC, where I have taught and interacted with ages 6-17 teaching singing, acting, and dancing skills for play productions. As the oldest of 11 children, I have extensive life experience of interacting with a wide range of ages in family home settings. I believe parents know best when it comes to their children, so I focus on activities and communication methods that are in line with your preferences. I am capable of providing tutoring assistance for all subjects grades K-6 and English/Social Studies/Test Prep for 7-12.
