Hi! My name's Ricky, I'm currently an actor living in New York City. I got my degree in Musical Theater from the University at Buffalo. I've had 4 years experience working at the University at Buffalo Child Care Center. I mainly have worked as a teacher to the Preschool and Pre-K rooms (ages 3-5), and also the toddler rooms (ages 1-2). I've had a lot of experience working in children's summer theater camps, with those ages ranging anywhere from 6 to 15. My senior year of college I took a Music Education Practices class, which basically involved teaching kids ages 2-5 different songs and movements. I incorporated music a lot with my kids at UBCC, which I find kids (especially younger ages) really respond well to. I also love to stay active, and am a black belt in karate! Between teaching at a daycare, teaching music classes, and babysitting kids in my spare time, I've truly found it one of the most rewarding jobs. I'm flexible to anything, just let me know!

Ricky was awesome with the children at the child care center, from toddler (18 months to 3 years) to preschool (3 to 5 years) to school-age (5 to 12 years). He was enthusiastic with the children, always adding a bit of music and dance to the classroom! The children loved him (especially the songs that he sang), and the teachers enjoyed having him in their classrooms because of how he interacted with the children.
