Hello! My name is Mary. I am from NYC and I am a Teacher, Director and Performer. I hold a BFA in Musical Theater from The New School and am a Graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. I presently teach a series of classes with self created curriculums for a homeschool community center called Different Directions based in NYC with students ranging ages 5-18. This summer I ran the Different Directions for children's ages 6-10. Prior I worked full time as an assistant teacher at Little Leaf Preschool working with students ages 2-5. Other childcare experience includes : Summer Musical Theater Workshop as Camp Counselor/ Assistant Director for 7 summers, Preschool Assistant Teacher at NYC Schoolers for 2 years, Assorted Babysitting- most recently 5 years as a nanny for a family in Nyc helping with pickup/ drop off and schooling from home during Covid. I also worked at Camp Kaleidoscope in Vermont, a camp for children with Autism and their families.

Mary is a ray of sunshine and was a pleasure to have nannying my children! You can rely on Mary to be consistent and promptly on time always. Mary makes herself very accessible to be in touch with, and always communicates. Not to mention, she is a wonderful example to children. Her positive attitude and kindness was inspiring to my daughter, J. I very much recommend her to everyone!
