I am a retired RN after 18yrs I decided I wanted to slow down and really give my full attention to patients and their families. I switched to home care about 10 yrs ago and I fell in love with being able to assist and really give the care and support that families so desperately need and deserve. Although I am a retired RN I will be coming in as CHHA my education is quite extensive and my years of experience allow me to properly assess and create a care plan that best fits the patient and their family. I'd describe my personality as I am strong, determined, and empathetic. I like caring for seniors because as the saying goes it takes a village, and our seniors are truly deserving of a village and I want to be the village for my seniors and their families. I love to do meet and greets to see if I am what the patient needs

Although I did not hire Rhonda for my job, I still want to leave a review because speaking with her on the phone made me feel so comfortable and so willing to hire her that had we not found care outside of Care.com. I am sure anyone who uses her skills and services will not be disappointed. She has a warm heart and a very caring disposition and speaking with her.
