In 1995 I attended massage therapy school and shortly after opened my company. I combine my skills to assist your loved one with the usual CNA services, great caregiver and companion AND Licensed clinical massage therapy &/or Esthetics (skin care) and assist with any prescribed exercises. I help with CHRONIC PAIN: Older adults often experience chronic pain from conditions such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, and fibromyalgia. Massage therapy can help alleviate pain by reducing muscle tension, increasing blood flow, and promoting relaxation. REDUCED MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY: Age-related muscle stiffness and joint inflammation can limit mobility and flexibility.
