I am an extremely experienced and capable child and special needs caregiver. -5 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults on the spectrum teaching them life skills and reducing maladaptive behaviors -3 years experience as a nanny -2 years experience teaching high school psychology -1 year of experience as a social worker for children with behavioral needs I am particularly gifted with managing behaviors and teaching coping strategies. I have training and experience with tantrums, aggression, dropping, spitting, and SIB (and much more). I also am passionate about meeting children where they are and understanding their world and then helping them to reach the highest level of independence that they can achieve. I thoroughly enjoy learning about mental health, parenting, growth mindsets, and in general, teaching children how to know and value their worth.

Mary was our nanny for 2 years and provided us with consistent exceptional service. She was always extremely patient and caring for our children. She has a genuine enthusiasm and joy with working with children of all ages. She cultivated a great environment for my kids to learn and grow while in her care.
