I have known her for over 30 years. I have watched her care for her brother who had brain cancer and later osteoporosis due to cancer therapies. He was generally able to live on his own but entirely incapable of managing his health situation both on a daily basis and as he had to navigate through the healthcare industry. For over 15 years she assisted him many times on a daily basis in every sort of situation. Her patience, caring, and ability to work through anything that came up with grace was truly amazing to me. Sadly, after her brother passed away, her husband was diagnosed with cancer and was ill for many years until he passed away. Again, she served him daily in that as his primary caregiver. I have often told her, have jokingly, that if I were incapacitated I would desire her to be the person who oversaw my care and took care of me personally. I truly cannot say enough about who she is as a person and her caring nature and abilities for others.
