About Rebekah

Hi there! My name is Rebekah and I am a former teacher with 4 years of classroom experience. I have a master's in education, a California teaching credential, and transferred Texas credential. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, caring, and fun. I like tutoring because of that "lightbulb" moment- I love instilling a little fire of curiosity in even the most reluctant student. I started tutoring when I was in high school. Tutoring turned into a nanny job during college and I got my credential during the pandemic. In my spare time, I like to create art! I have a bachelor's in fashion design and used to be a graphic designer. One thing you should know about me is that I believe in creating relationships and working with the whole student. My skills include math, art, and reading.
