About Rashel

I am an experienced, personable, responsible, fun-loving, and upbeat individual who adores working and caring for children. I am currently looking for part-time/occasional work on either weeknights or weekends depending on availability. I have over 7 years of experience being both a full-time Nanny and part-time babysitter, caring for children of all ages. I am also experienced and comfortable in helping run errands, keeping the house tidy and organized, dropping off/picking up from activities, and anything else I can do to help take the load off of you. I am educated, having my Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis and recently worked for a nearby school district as their Behavioral Specialist. I have a background in working with special needs children, specializing in Autism, ADHD, speech and language deficits, and overall developmental skills. My passion, if you couldn't already imagine, is helping shape children and giving them the necessary tools to succeed!
