About Meliza

Hi! I'm Meliza, a child care professional with over three years of experience working with children of all abilities, including those with special needs. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), specializing in autism and developmental disabilities, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support positive behavior and growth. I'm bubbly, positive, and caring. I love working with children because they bring joy, energy, and unique challenges every day. It's fulfilling to help them overcome obstacles, develop new skills, and celebrate their successes. I've worked with children since high school, volunteering with Key Club and assisting my nephew with online school. Now, I focus on behavior management and communication, always prioritizing children's safety and well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, and swimming with my younger brother and pets. I'm reliable, punctual, and always put the kids' best interests first.
