My dog, freedom, is a small miniature schnauzer, who was purchased for me after I returned from Iraq. She has volunteered with me in nursing homes making hundreds smile. I have a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science. I Specialize in Senior Fitness. I am a part time fitness trainer at our local YMCA's.
