Train trouble led Ramratti to be 40 minutes late for our first appointment. She was kind, attentive and had good instincts with my daughter who was fussy that evening. I booked her take care of my daughter for the following Sunday when my husband and I were out of town. Unfortunately she had to cancel the evening before due to an emergency that took her out of town.
