Raji as our boys call her joined our family a little over 4 years ago when they were 8 month and 2 years. Now 7 and 5 years old, Raji has been with us through many milestones and we credit her to the positive and safe learning environment she's created for our children in our home. Her duties include, but are not limited to: Kids meal prep, light dinner prep when needed, kids laundry, light housekeeping (mainly kitchen and kids play areas), trips to the parks, museums and playdates. Raji was vital in our daily routine in helping pick up and drop off through our preschool - 1st grade years. She was able to juggle multiple schedules and come in early the days I commuted to San Francisco and stay late when needed. She is extremely professional and flexible and understands how to keep our children to a routine that worked for parents that often work from home. Most importantly she is extremely trust worthy. She responds immediately to any asks and I know when our children are with her she is in safe hands as she prioritizes their safety first. Raji is very patient, attentive and present with our boys and can pick up on their cues to pivot our routine when necessary. She leads with compassion and has built trust with both our boys through her leading by example. Her thoughtfulness and approachability has earned the trust of local parents in our community and she often watches over them and schedules play dates with our boys with neighbors. I feel grateful to have found a Nanny with her professionalism and expertise and highly recommend her to any family that is looking for full time support.
