Ganga has been amazing with our infant daughter, from ages 2 - 5 months. She is great with tummy time and engaging her with play and songs, and she has a tender touch when lulling her off to sleep. She is enthusiastic and warm, and it is clear she truly loves our child. Ganga also clearly cares about her work. She will take care of baby as we request, but also brings her past experience and new ideas to us in a respectful way. We would have happily kept Ganga on for 2 years until baby goes to preschool, but unfortunately we will be moving out of the area. Her next family will be so lucky to have her! She is always punctual (reliably 5 minutes early), an excellent cook, and very helpful with household tasks as needed. I have appreciated her friendliness with me as well as her excellent care of baby, and she is respectful of our space.
