About Rachel

Hello! I'm Rachel R and I have a deep love for working with children. Witnessing their curiosity, creativity, and growth is so fulfilling, and I am committed to providing them with a nurturing and supportive environment to thrive. I graduated from Brecksville High School and currently attend Miami University, where I am pursuing a Finance degree. This past summer I cared for two children (ages 2 and 3) for the entire summer. Within this position, I built a strong foundation for creating engaging activities that promote learning, imagination, and social skills. I believe that my communication skills are what allow me to build strong relationships with both children and parents, ensuring transparency, trust, and a collaborative approach to caregiving. Along with this, I am organized, reliable, and dedicated to making a positive impact.
