Hi! I'm a classical musician and former teacher with a master's degree in performance, BA in music education and over 10 years of infant experience. I come with free early childhood music and arts activities which are proven to boost cognitive development for the best possible start in life! I never use screens in favor of fresh air and reading every day. I can provide sleep, safety, and milestone coaching but I'm also happy to take direction, as a parent's intuition is the most important guide of all. I welcome cameras and location trackers for safety, have all clearances/CPR & First Aid certs, a car, and plenty of glowing references. I am also proficient in Spanish and cook delicious Cuban meals that even the pickiest will devour! Unless quiet is necessary, I'll be singing, dancing, and writing new songs with babies all day. When not nannying, I perform, visit preschools, entertain at children's events, and teach private instrument lessons. Looking forward to serving my next family!

Rachel was the very first nanny we had. Trusting someone with your child as first time parents is difficult emotionally and Rachel made us feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. Rachel started as a full time nanny with my first, continued with our second child and is considered part of our family. She has an early music childhood education background and I credit her for the love of music my children now have. She is trustworthy, professional and has a contagious positive attitude!
