About Rachel

I had the privilege of working with Rachel at Adult Day Services for a little over a year. She is the perfect person to work with people that have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or another dementia for a number of reasons. 1. She is calm. She never gets flustered and maintains patience in even the most difficult situation. People that have a diagnosis seem to sense her serenity, and gather around her. 2. She is a team player. She is always willing to step up and do what needs to be done. No job is too big for her, nothing is beneath her. 3. Her music speaks for itself. She is so talented, and the participants in the day program loved it when she sang. She is also very gifted at pulling things out of even the most reluctant participant. 4. She multi-tasks well, while keeping priorities in line. The bottom line for Rachel is that the person comes first, yet she manages to get all tasks accomplished. I could say more, but I do feel as if Rachel would be an asset to anyone that hired her.
