About Rachel

My childcare experience began many years ago as I helped watch my 4 younger siblings. I began work as an actual babysitter at 12 years old, and since then have watched up to 6 children, from infant to 14 years old. I also was a coach for gymnastics for around 2 years, and as such am able to adapt to the personalities of all types of children. I place strong emphasis on finding fun through learning and adventure. I believe in catering activities according to the hobbies and passions of the child. I have been a full time nanny for four children over the course of a summer, and love interacting with any child. Any nanny or caregiver should be able to cultivate a sense of wonder in the world for the child.

Rachel is wonderful! She has been such an amazing caregiver for our son. Our son is in early intervention in preschool and has trouble communicating verbally which makes us nervous for him but Rachel is the kindest and works with him really well and has gained a great rapport with him which is hard to do with him! She's amazing! 10/10 would recommend her taking care of anyone. Thank you Rachel!
