About Rachael

I'm a homeschooling mom of two, with one already graduated. I love nature and exploring; except spiders. I don't like spiders. I have a special place in my heart for little ones; it's such a sweet season to watch them discover the world and grow through play. I'm also passionate about teens as they navigate today's challenges. My kids say I'm better with the littles; apparently, they enjoy my silliness more! I'm a board-certified Mental Health Coach, including youth mental health, and a certified Life Coach. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and hold additional certifications in suicide prevention and trauma-informed care. I'm currently working on becoming a doula specializing in postpartum care. As my kids have grown, I've found joy in supporting new and young mamas; offering rest, encouragement, and a sense of safety. I love being the one who swoops in with a little silliness, a lot of heart, and the gift of time, just when families need it the most.
