Hi I'm a bilingual college grad I have 8+! years of experience as a nanny -- started at the beginning of college. However, I had 5 years prior to that as a babysitter during my teen years. I have watched children for 10+ families, many of whom would be happy to refer me to new families. I have watched children of all ages from newborns to adolescents. I have also had experience doing chores for the families. I have a bachelors degree and have had a year and a half of experience of substituting so I would be happy to help with homework. As a substitute, I have also experienced teaching and assisting children with various physical and mental challenges and would be willing to help if your child has these challenges. I am able to provide my reference from the substituting company as well as my nanny families. I'm excited to expand my nanny experience with your family.

Qendresa was amazing. In her interview with us she said that her goal is to be an extension of our family, and that's exactly what she did. She was not only helpful with childcare but took initiative and helped out with other tasks for our family during downtime without needing to be asked. It was so nice to walk home to a clean kitchen, folded laundry and a happy baby. She also honored our no electronics policy which was very important to us. She took our daughter on daily walks, drove her to classes and was very responsible and punctual. We would recommend her to family and friends and wish we could have worked with her longer.
