I am a Certified Teacher with a Reading and ESOL Endorsement. I have cared for and taught many children from infant to preteen. I taught Elementary School from 2016 to 2022, when I made the career jump to explore other opportunities. I spent multiple years teaching inclusion classes, which included Gifted, General Education students, and ESE students with both academic and behavioral challenges. I pride myself in my ability to help every child I have worked with gain skills, knowledge, and confidence. I have taught a wide variety of grade levels but I specialize in upper elementary. Katie did a great job with our two boys. They loved having her sit for them. She got right down on the floor and helped them build their lego city. We hope to have Katie sit for us again.
