I have over 7 years experience in professional youth work, making me the perfect caretaker for your little ones! My experience includes curriculum creation and facilitation leading after-school, summer, and arts-focused programming to youth ages 3-18. I have a deep understanding of developmental appropriate activities, and I have an fun, empathetic, but firm approach. Kids mess up sometimes and that's okay! I believe natural consequences to behavior and teaching respect, self-awareness, healthy communication, and boundaries are the best way to navigate through difficult situations. I avoid screen time as much as possible and instead encourage creative and outdoor play. I can also run errands, cook meals, and transport children to and from school/activities.
