I am writing to review Lauren. My husband & I are both working parents. My husband is a physician and I am a pharmacist. We hired Lauren to take care of my 2kids( ages 2&5). She helped us for 1 year before she had to leave to pursue a career in arts. Lauren is a responsible, efficient, and organized person. She was great with my kids, playing with them, teaching them the alphabet/numbers and giving them simple art projects. They loved her so much. She genuinely cared for my kids. I was at peace knowing that Lauren was with my kids if I was at work or if we had to go to a dinner at night. In addition, Lauren has great initiative. She would do stuff around the house without being asked to do so. She made our lives much easier. How much we miss her!! I envy the family that will hire her.
