About Peter

Hi! I am available for childcare & tutoring (& pet sitting). I have a variety of experience working with kids. For the past 3 years, I have been selected through a competitive hiring process to be a leader at a summer camp--responsibilities included living with 10 children and guiding them thru daily activities (sports/crafts/nature/meals). Through a combo of clear-expectation setting and communication, the kids have thrived. I am also the eldest of three children & have cared for my brother & sister as well as our 2 labrador retrievers. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid. I'm comfortable caring for up to 10 children, infants to preteens, & can assist with carpooling, meal prep, swimming supervision. Before UVM, I also worked for 3 years at the local country club so have a track record of professional performance & reliability. I prefer open and honest communication with parents. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe (and fun!) environment for the kids.
