Hello! My name is Paula, and I love companionship. I'm a mom of 4 who are now grown and living their lives. In the past I had certification as a CNA where I worked in a nursing home, and over the years I have supported families in caring for their loved ones as a Personal Care Assistant and Companion. I also received my medical assistant certification. I'm a Reiki Master practitioner, a Yoga Nidra facilitator, and a Mediation facilitator. I'm looking forward to caring for and spending time with those in need. I'm open to travel and live-in positions.

I feel very lucky to have Paula assist with my mother’s caregiving. Paula is extremely reliable, kind and competent. She helps mom with dressing, PT, food preparation, pill reminders, etc. She keeps mom engaged with pleasant company. She communicates with me daily as needed and also provides updates each week. She takes initiative to see that things get done without needing any reminders. It is so reassuring to know that mom is safe and happy with Paula.
