Hello! My name is Paula, and I love companionship. I'm a mom of 4 who are now grown and living their lives. In the past I had certification as a CNA where I worked in a nursing home, and over the years I have supported families in caring for their loved ones as a Personal Care Assistant and Companion. I also received my medical assistant certification. I'm a Reiki Master practitioner, a Yoga Nidra facilitator, and a Mediation facilitator. I'm looking forward to caring for and spending time with those in need. I'm open to travel and live-in positions.

Paula has been a superb companion for my father for over a year now. She has been so creative about different activities they can do together, including guided meditations, games, writing projects, and helping facilitate FaceTime calls with family and friends. My dad really enjoys spending time with her and she has been so consistent and 100% reliable. She is an excellent communicator, and very kind and compassionate. I strongly recommend her as a caretaker and companion!
