Hello! My name is Paula, and I love companionship. I'm a mom of 4 who are now grown and living their lives. In the past I had certification as a CNA where I worked in a nursing home, and over the years I have supported families in caring for their loved ones as a Personal Care Assistant and Companion. I also received my medical assistant certification. I'm a Reiki Master practitioner, a Yoga Nidra facilitator, and a Mediation facilitator. I'm looking forward to caring for and spending time with those in need. I'm open to travel and live-in positions.

We were lucky to have Paula assist with Caregiving for my mother with Cognitive Impairment for over a year. She was there for companionship, taking her for groceries and personal appointments as well as meal prep. She provided weekly updates and scheduled calls when impairment declined to align on an updated care plan. We felt much more comfortable knowing mom was being monitored and kept safe. She was kind and mom viewed her as a friend not really knowing she was a caregiver. With her help we were able to keep mom in her home for an additional year for which we are very grateful. I highly recommend her.
