About Paola

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, my enthusiasm for caring for children stems from my previous babysitting roles, which were incredibly rewarding. I've been providing childcare services for 3 years now and am comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I believe that every child is unique, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where they can thrive. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I love to engage children in fun and educational activities. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules and routines, and I am always respectful of parents' wishes and expectations. I like to communicate with parents about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. I find it important to keep parents informed about their child's activities and progress, and I am always open to feedback and suggestions.
