We could not have asked for a better caregiver for our 3 boys. Pam has always gone above and beyond in being there for our family. She can take care of children of all ages. Our youngest was an infant when she started with us. She took care of him and sent me updates and pictures all day long, which helped me through my workday so much. He is now 2.5 years old and he has learned so much from her. He can sing his abc's, knows all his letters, numbers, colors, and shapes. She is helping to potty train him. Additionally, she has cared for our older two (3 & 5 when she started, now almost 5 & 7). Helps teach them, take them to and pick up from school, helps with homework. Plays with them. They love her! My house is always tidy when I get home. She is flexible and very reliable. I could go on and on. She's the best! We are moving to Orange County and so sad we can't take her with us.
