About Ashley

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I'm passionate about supporting families and positively impacting children's lives. My five years as a 1st and 2nd-grade afterschool teacher, where I occasionally cared for kindergarteners, have given me a strong foundation in caring for young minds. Patient, calm, creative, and approachable, I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred methods of contact. I am comfortable enforcing household rules by following the parents' lead and ensuring a safe and consistent environment for the children in my care. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games, puzzles, and educational activities, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of play that fosters learning and development.
