Olivia is a dependable, trustworthy & genuine person. My children (3.5 yrs & 18 months) absolutely adore her and she's cared for them since they were newborns. When I'd come home from work, there was always a pile of artwork/crafts enthusiastically presented by my kids as well as an explanation of the cooperation and progress from Olivia. In addition to her creativity, Olivia was always proactively sending me pics of the kids and updates throughout the day - that made being away at work a lot easier. I wish I could keep her forever.
