It is my pleasure to recommend Aparicia (Lisa). I have had the privilege of employing Lisa as our nanny for my child since he was eight months old. He is now approaching three & will be starting 3K soon. Lisa has been super reliable, punctual, and hard working. I am consistently impressed with Lisa’s positive attitude, patience, knowledge, and productivity when she works with my son. Lisa has a great understanding of the needs and abilities of children. Her love and ability for childcare shows through her efforts and input in helping my son along in his growth developments. She is always warm, nurturing, and responsive to my son’s needs. I truly appreciate her honesty and openness in communicating to us, as parents and her employer. Lisa is skilled and excelled at the everyday schedule of our son, such as: preparing and serving meals; changing, bathing and dressing children; planning daily age-appropriate activities; connecting with other children’s guardian(s) for playdates; performing light housekeeping duties; and communicating child’s daily progress. Overall, Lisa is genuinely, an amazing person and an exceptional nanny. She is loving, caring, warm, patient, & energetic. We truly treasure and value her contribution to our family. I give her my highest recommendation without reservation.
