About Olivia

With eight years of childcare experience, I strive to help raise kind, independent, and confident children. Following a child-led Montessori approach, I believe there is great importance to support all of the feelings, thoughts, and emotions children experience day-to-day. I like to think of myself as a patient, goofy, creative, responsible, and kind caregiver. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. In 2023, I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. In 2024, I got my RBT (Registered Behavior Tech) and CPR certifications. I have three years of experience with children on the spectrum and previously worked in an ABA clinic! Also, I would love to help with tasks like cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm excited to bring my passion and skills to your family.
