It's my passion and I truly believe this is what I was called to do! I have two children of my own and I believe that when caring for other children I treat them like they are mine. My goal is to have my own childcare center and I'm pretty close to doing so. It's so very rewarding. Every day is different, every child is different. I believe in getting to know each child individually and knowing what each one needs, it helps a lot when you have that personal relationship with them. It creates a safe and interactive learning environment where children develop social skills, build self-esteem, and become lifelong learners. I love that I can help support other parents by caring for their children while they work or study, and at the same time I'm able to nurture children and offer so many great learning experiences to them.

Ms. Ashleigh has exceeded my expectations of what a caregiver is supposed to be. We’ve been working together for one month and I am very pleased. She is more than a nanny, Ms. Ashleigh is kind, stern, passionate, intelligent, inquisitive, patient and creative. I’ve struggled with finding a way to keep my daughter engaged while doing her homework. Ms. Ashleigh stepped in, observed the situation, then did some research to find out which method would work best for my child. I’m happy to say, my daughter looks forward to doing homework now. She is now part of our family and I am very grateful. I highly recommend her!
