I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles were so rewarding that I was inspired to become a childcare provider. As a patient, calm, creative, and friendly caregiver, I strive to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive. When it comes to communicating with parents, I value open and honest dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup time and tailor my communication style to the parent's preferred method. I believe in respectful collaboration with parents and follow their lead in enforcing household rules. My idea of fun includes outdoor sports, physical games, and educational games that promote learning. With two years of experience and a graduate degree under my belt, I'm comfortable caring for two children ages one to five. I am fluent in English and Russian, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. As a caregiver, I find joy in seeing children grow, learn, and explore the world around them.
