Hey I'm Delilah. As a caregiver with four years of experience, I'm passionate about enriching the lives of children and supporting families. My journey into childcare began with a desire to gain more experience working with children. My goal is to become a teacher, and I believe that caring for children is an excellent way to learn and grow in this field. I consider myself patient, calm, organized, driven, and creative. These qualities allow me to handle various situations effectively and provide children with a safe and nurturing environment. Effective communication is crucial, so I ensure regular updates and follow the preferred communication method of the parents. Enforcing household rules is important, and I always abide by the parents' guidelines. My approach to playtime includes board games, puzzles, technology-based games, and crafts. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at most three aged six to 11 or 12 and above.
