I'd describe my personality as creative, open minded, and reliable. I am always looking for ways to connect with the kids I am babysitting. I want to learn their interests so I am able to plan fun activities for the kids I like working with kids because I get to be apart of their personal growth. I love that I can bring out my childish side. Wether it's coming up with a silly song, or creating a fun activity I love motivating kids to be the best they can be and to not be afraid to be themselves. Of course there will be times where a kid is not having a good day, or can't make sense of why they're upset. I am able to make sure the kids understand that their feelings are not only valid, but to help them talk through it I started working with kids when I was 16 years old by babysitting my cousins. At age 18 I started working for infants and toddlers at a daycare. Now I work for all ages infant to 13yrs. Some of my other skills include communication, organization, and patience

I love Nina. Not only do I love her but my two under two loves her just as much. Being a single mother raising two children alone is extremely stressful. Full time jobs, conflicting schedules with family and friends to be available to watch them and everything in between. Having Nina come in and care for my children as her own has helped me so much. She takes care of them in aspects outside of whats required. Shes gentle and kind! She has taught J and K so much from her time baby sitting. They adore her. In fact they look forward to her coming over to baby sit. I have had problems in the past with care givers but its safe to say that having someone like Nina caring for your children is the best decision to possibly make!
