I love working with children of all ages. There really is something about each stage of childhood to enjoy. This reflects in my experience, where I started as a mother's helper at the age of 13, then moving to babysitting at 15 for a number of families. When I was 18, I started working at a daycare center in New Jersey and after about two months, I was given the responsibility of opening the infant center as lead teacher. I then moved to Florida with my family and desired to continue in this field. I started at a childcare and preschool where I worked for three years. I became the head infant room teacher, caring for four infants in a lovely nursery. I was also a 2-year-old teacher for a year. After getting married and moving to Virginia due to my husband's military career, I worked part-time at a preschool in the area with the school-aged group and for a family in the afternoons (the first one I met on Care.com). When my husband was sent on an 18-month deployment, I relocated back to
