About Nicole

Hi folks! I am a recent UM grad with a degree in Elementary Education seeking in-home tutoring/childcare position for the remainder of the school year (or longer!) I am enthusiastic with a passion for education and my dream is to one day teach abroad in Thailand. For the past 8 months, I've been working as a restaurant server and support staff to save enough money to do so. Unfortunately, with restaurant closures due to the Coronavirus, I find myself unemployed and my dreams of teaching abroad put on hold. I know how hard it can be to find childcare during school closures and I'm here to offer my help! I am a certified teacher for grades k-8, CPR certified, and have extensive experience working with kids in and out of the classroom. I've been a student teacher, camp counselor, soccer coach, youth leader, and babysitter and have loved every role. Please let me know if you or someone you know could use the help!
