I have known Nicole about 20 years. As new parents, Nicole was the only person we trusted to watch our newborn when we had our first date night. When we came home Nicole taught us how she was able to soothe her through gentle touch on her face; a technique we used from that moment on. A few years later when we had friends in from out of town and needed someone to watch our now 2 children + 3 other children, we immediately contacted Nicole, knowing that her comfort with any situation would put us and our out of town guests at ease as we went to our all day concert. Nicole leads with her heart and is an "over and above" kind of person in any situation. She will always take the time for teaching moments, is patient, understanding, kind, hardworking compassionate, leads by example treats everyone as an equal and will always find a way for a person to shine.
