About Darlene

With 38 years of experience in the early childhood education field, both as a Lead Teacher and as the CEO of Bartlett Child Care Inc., I have a comprehensive understanding of child development for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years and the key milestones they achieve during this crucial period. Throughout my career I have always aimed to provide children with the nurturing support they needed to build a strong foundation for their success in kindergarten. I understand the challenges that come with nurturing and educating young minds, and I strive to be a reliable and supportive presence for both children and their families. As a mother of three wonderful grown sons and a devoted wife to my husband, Kenn, for almost 40 years, I have always felt that working with children is my true calling. Helping children reach for the stars and become confident in their abilities brings me immense joy.
