I would describe my personality as kind, organized, and responsible. I like the idea of caring for seniors because it seems like work I could feel good about- directly helping someone. Many seniors are lonely, just needing someone to talk to and notice that they are part of this world, too. Plus, we are all aging and I certainly hope that when I am a senior I am able to find a kind, reliable person to help me with the things I can't do for myself anymore. I'd like a job that allows me to work where I live - Anacortes. I haven't been a senior caregiver yet, but I have been a stay at home mom of 4 kids and a few dogs for 25 years. I was a swim meet director for 7 years and I implemented a reading comprehension program for struggling elementary school students. In my spare time I like jigsaw puzzles, reading, walking with friends, and detective shows. One thing you should know about me is I lead my life with integrity.
