Natalie has been cleaning our house for more than a decade, and it is no exaggeration to say I would trust her with my life. She has become honestly a dear friend, and I can't tell you how much that means. She's just such a wonderful human being. She does great work, she's good at being flexible if schedules change, and she goes so far above and beyond that I can barely begin to explain it. I can't believe how lucky I am to have found her. I really think she would be an asset to anyone looking to hire a house cleaner or someone to run errands or stay with seniors for a period of time; she's kind, smart, capable, honest, and trustworthy. I will give you one final example… I broke my leg about a week ago and mentioned it to her because it changed our housekeeping schedule, and she immediately offered to drop everything, even in the midst of some challenges in her own life, if there was anything she could do to help. And although I didn't have to take her up on that offer, I absolutely knew it was genuine, and the peace of mind it gave me to know that she's part of my circle was incredible. She has checked on me every day since. She is just a good person.
