I hired Kayla , (who was working her ways through college to do a multiplicity of jobs. She has cleaned, helped me to sort and rearrange rooms, she has taken my adult daughter to her doctor for medical procedures, helped me bake, and to run errands. I am handicapped and 64 years of age and we work well together. She would make and excellent companion for the elderly because she genuinely likes older people. Kayla has been my employee for several months now. She is bright, personable and has a lot of common sense. When I work with her she is cheerful, courteous, and takes direction easily. When she works alone she follows direction and is disciplined in her work. She is trustworthy. I have often left her to complete a job in my absence. She will ask questions if she feels it necessary to accomplish her task correctly. She works very hard and is consistent in her work as well as desire to please you by a job well done.
