Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! We contacted Natalia on a "spur of the moment" trip to The Florida Keys. Thinking that it would be extremely difficult to find someone to care for our 8-month-old son on such short notice, Natalia was our saving grace - she happily agreed to look after him while we went on a fishing trip. I have rarely left my son with someone other than family in the past, so, of course there is a little bit of reluctance when it comes to leaving him with someone I had never personally met. After speaking with Natalia, my mind was set at ease. I was extremely impressed that she was certified in CPR/First Aid and has a degree in childhood education. She promptly arrived at our hotel at the scheduled time and after about a ten-minute introduction and review of my son's schedule - I couldn't have been more comfortable with Natalia caring for him. She sent me several updates via text message throughout the day which kept me worry-free knowing that he was doing well. Upon my arrival back to the hotel, my son was "all smiles" and happily playing. Natalia gave me a detailed run-down of his entire day - which included a stroller ride to the marina behind our hotel (I gave her permission to do this before I left!!). He loved watching the boats and iguanas across the canal! We ended up staying another day since the fishing was so good! Again, last-minute, I called Natalia, and she so graciously agreed to help us out again. Our second day was a perfect repeat of the first - everything went so smoothly! I will absolutely, positively contact Natalia for all of our future Keys trips and keep my fingers crossed that she is available. This review is actually bitter-sweet for me because I know once other families find out how wonderful she is - I can only hope she will be able to fit us in!!!
